3. Cookies and Consent Management (Consent Tool)
We use cookies and similar technologies on our website. Cookies are small files that your browser automatically creates and stores on your device when you visit our website. Cookies do not cause any damage to your device and do not contain viruses, trojans, or other malware.
We use technically necessary cookies, which are strictly required for the operation of the website and the provision of its basic functions (e.g. shopping cart, login session, language settings), on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR and Section 25(2) TTDSG.
For all cookies and services that are not technically necessary (in particular analytics and marketing cookies such as Google Analytics and Google Ads), we obtain your explicit consent pursuant to Section 25(1) TTDSG in conjunction with Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR before their use.
To manage these consents, we use the cookie consent tool “Borlabs Cookie”. Upon your first visit to our website, you will be informed about the cookies used and can select which categories of cookies you wish to allow. Your selection is saved so that you do not need to make this choice on every visit. You may revoke or adjust your consent at any time with effect for the future via the cookie settings link in the footer of our website.
Most browsers accept cookies automatically. However, you can configure your browser to prevent cookies from being stored. Completely disabling cookies may result in you being unable to use all features of our website (e.g. the shopping cart).
4. Email Contact and Contact Form
Our website includes a contact form that you can use to get in touch with us. When you use this option, the data entered in the input form (e.g. company, name, email address, phone number, message) is transmitted to us and stored.
Alternatively, you may contact us via the email address provided; in this case, the personal data transmitted with your email will be stored. Your data will not be shared with third parties.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR where consent has been given, and otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR or, for enquiries aimed at entering into a contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
The data is deleted once the respective conversation is considered conclusively resolved, unless statutory retention obligations require otherwise.
5. Order Processing in Our Online Shop (WooCommerce)

These service providers may only use the data exclusively for the fulfilment of their respective tasks.
Legal Basis The legal basis for the processing is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures). Where statutory retention obligations apply, the additional legal basis is Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.
