Sintered Nickel Plain Bearing

SINTERED BRONZE PLAIN BEARINGS Nickel sintered metal – maintenance-free

MATERIAL CHARACTERISTICS

Sintered material consisting of high-purity nickel with a proportion of graphite (99.9% high-purity, chemically neutral electro graphite) embedded under pre-stress in micro-distribution.

The use of high-purity nickel and graphite without any additional substances ensures the high corrosion resistance of the material.

The alloy, produced using the company’s proprietary process, enables rapid self-lubricating function by building up a firmly adhering graphite film from the alloy on the mating surface.

It should be noted that the use of this high-purity alloy should preferably only take place in conjunction with liquid media.
