Bronze sintered metal – maintenance-free
Material – Charakteristik
Self-lubricating, maintenance-free sintered metal with finely dispersed embedded solid lubricant.
The solid lubricant (99.9% high-purity, chemically neutral electro graphite) is embedded under pre-stress in micro-distribution throughout the sintered metal matrix.
The bearing surface therefore always contains sufficient solid lubricant — even during the smallest movements such as angular motion, vibrations, etc. — to ensure maintenance-free operation.
The ultra-pure lubricant ensures that electrolytic corrosion at the bearing point and surrounding components is prevented, even in water or humid atmospheres.
